Skin Vandals offers professional body piercing services in a clean and professional environment. All clients must present a government-issued photo ID. IE Drivers license, State ID, Passport, Tribal card(Must have photo, Name and D.O.B) We do not perform piercings on anyone under the age of 16. For clients ages 16 and 17, the following are required: - A valid state or government-issued photo ID for the minor - The minor's birth certificate (NO PHOTO COPIES) - A parent or legal guardian present at the time of the piercing. - A valid government-issued photo ID for the parent or legal guardian. Legal Guardians must have actual court papers. NOT COPIES
